CONSULTATIONS:
Consultations are important for determining the goals and expectations of you, the homeowner.

For staging, we will walk through the home with buyers’ eyes and note our first impressions of each room.  The exterior of the home will also be explored and evaluated.  After all, this is the ultimate first impression.  We will determine which items should be placed in storage and which items we can utilize for staging.

For decorating or redesign, we will discuss which rooms need a facelift and how to achieve the calm and comfort that we all deserve from our home.  We will discuss your personal tastes, aspirations, and visions for the space. 

We will take several before pictures, access what we have to work with, and determine our action plan for a successful transformation.

STAGING:
Jennifer will help you make that first impression on the buyer that is so important in real estate.  Your home will show beautifully, sell faster, and give you a greater return on your investment.  Jennifer will provide you with valuable photos for your internet marketing purposes. 

VACANT STAGING:
Buyers need to be able to picture themselves in a home.  Jennifer can create a look that accentuates the features of the home and make it inviting and attractive to the buyer. 
We carry a wide variety of fine furnishings and accessories, including bed and bath linens, and window treatments.  Jennifer will provide you with valuable photos for your internet marketing purposes. 

REDESIGN:
Redesign is the art of creating a space that is livable, organized, comfortable and pleasing to the eye.  Jennifer can reinvent your current space or help your new home reach its full potential. 

INTERIOR DECORATING:
Decorating your home can be confusing, overwhelming, and time consuming.  Jennifer can help you create the rooms that you have dreamt about.  She can assist you in selecting paint colors, window treatments, furniture and accessories.
